Above the Clouds — Mardi Himal, Nepal

The Mardi Himal trek at the foothills of Fishtail, November 2025. Small villages and fields give way to foggy teahouse camps, rhododendron forest, and finally the exposed ridgeline above the clouds. At high camp, corrugated tin shelters and stone walls with prayer flags are the last things built before the bare rock toward the summit.
